Royal Oak Recycling is seeking a safe, reliable, and experienced CDL Class A Driver with Bobcat operating experience to service assigned bale pickup routes at department stores and retail locations. This position involves operating a tractor-trailer, collecting and transporting baled recyclables, and safely operating a bobcat/skid steer at customer sites.

Position Responsibilities & Schedule:

• Full time, 50 - 70 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, early morning starts
• Weekends as needed
• Operate a Class A day cab with dry van
• Pick up and transport baled recyclables
• Load/unload using bobcat/skid steer
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Secure loads per DOT standards
• Maintain logs and documentation
• Follow all company and safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
• Minimum 6 months bobcat/skid steer experience
• Bale, recycling, or retail route experience preferred
• Acceptable driving record
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
