Flatbed CDL-A Drivers - Earn $1,700-$2,400/Week as a Company Driver

Company Drivers:

• Earn $1,700 - $2,400 per week
• Earn 26% of the line-haul, with guaranteed minimum CPM
• Start at 70 CPM, plus accessorial, and earn more as you stay with ATS
• Average CPM: 89 cents
• $2,500 orientation completion bonus
• $1,500 on first settlement, plus $1,000 after 30 days

• Take home $2,100–$3,900 per week after expenses
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Mileage progression pay structure

• Average truck payments of $550–$705 per week
• One-, two-, or three-year lease options
• 2023–2027 Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors
• Fuel discounts and two weeks with no fixed expenses

Flatbed Short- and Long-term Lease Options:

• Short-term: 1-year lease - No money down, no credit check, $4,000 completion bonus

We're Looking for Drivers Who:

• Are at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
• Meet DOT requirements and have a stable driving history
• Have no safety terminations in the past 12 months
• Have no truck abandonments in the past 36 months
• Have no preventable DOT accidents in the past 24 months
