CDL-A Team Truck Driver Pay & Miles:
- Earn $0.75 - $0.80 CPM*
- CDL-A drivers average 5,000 – 5,500+ miles per week
- $500 onboarding bonus* + $1,000 vacation pay per teammate

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A, 21+
- 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years
- Safe driving record
- Must have a teammate – solo drivers not paired
*Includes monthly team utilization incentive: Earn an additional $0.02–$0.05 CPM based on monthly mileage tiers. Incentive pay is shared equally between both team drivers, since both contribute to the total miles. Drivers must be actively employed and in working status at the time of payout. Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings.
