Requirements:
Dry Van:
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Must have at least 6 months of experience
- Minimum age of 21
Refrigerated:
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
- Prior refrigerated experience in the last 36 months preferred
- Minimum age of 21

Industry-Leading Pay Structure:
Dry Van:
- Earn 57 - 63 CPM*
- Earn $1,025 - $1,575 per week*
- Average 1,800 - 2,500 miles per week**
Refrigerated:
- Earn 60 - 66 CPM*
- Earn $1,100 - $1,650 per week*
- Average 1,800 - 2,500 miles per week**
*Earnings are based on experience & weekly mileage
**Weekly miles & home times vary by location

Located in the heart of New Ulm, MN, J&R Schugel is now offering miles of opportunities for Class A drivers, featuring a competitive starting pay ranging from 57 to 66 CPM. Our routes span the length of I-35, stretching East into the Midwest, down to Texas, and extending to portions of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple terminals in strategic locations.
