Pay, Home Time & More:

• Average $1,363 per week
• $1220 weekly guarantee 
• Solo miles pay: 66 CPM with 1,100 - 1,600 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $28.00 per stop with 9 stops per week
• Per diem pay: $55.00 per night with 4 nights per week
• $3,500 sign-on bonus: Pays you $1,750 at 30 days and $1,750 at 90 days
• Route: Regional
• Overnights for route in Ryder-booked hotel
• Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; possible Saturdays 
• Start time: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM Dispatch 
• Deliver solo to: TX, LA, KS & AR
• Tractor type: Sleeper
• Trailer type: Dry Van, 53'
• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch - Assembled motorcycles

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years
• Cannot accommodate an automatic restriction
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
