This Reefer Team Route Offers
- Start at 75 CPM split pay - Average $1,875-$2,062 per week per driver*
- $2,250 per driver at 6,000 miles per week
- $2,625 per driver at 7,000 miles per week
- Each load averages 800-1,000 miles
- Average 5,000-7,000 miles per week
- Comprehensive health coverage after 90 days
- Monthly bonus structure: Up to $300 per month split pay
- Average $1,875$2,062 per week per driver based on 5,0005,500 miles per week
Evaluations and Raise Opportunities
- At 90 days: Up to 2 CPM increase split pay
- At 1 year: Additional increase split pay up to 2 CPM
- Each year anniversary after first year: 1 CPM increase split pay
