Guaranteed Weekly Minimum Pay

At K&B Transportation, you’re in the driver’s seat when it comes to pay and home time! Choose from three flexible pay packages tailored to fit your lifestyle, with rates starting at 62-70 CPM. No matter which option you pick, you’re backed by our guarantee of at least 2,500 miles per week. This is your chance to earn great pay while maintaining the work-life balance that works for you. Road Warrior Package:

• Start at 70 CPM
• Earn up to $90,000 yearly
• Guaranteed $1,750 per week minimum - Earn up to $2,000+ per week
• Must be willing to go out 2 months at a time, then home for 10 days
• Free round trip flight back and forth to home for their home time for drivers residing outside our hiring area

Midwest Regional Premium Pay:

• Start at 68 CPM
• Earn up to $90,000 yearly
• Guaranteed $1,700 per week minimum - Earn up to $2,000+ per week
• Drivers must live in Central United States and go out 4 weeks at a time, then home for 5 days

Traditional Midwest Regional:

• Start at 62 CPM with 1 CPM raises at 6 months and 1 year
• Earn up to $80,000 yearly
• Guaranteed $1,550 per week minimum - Earn up to $1,850 per week
• Senior drivers are guaranteed $1,600 per week minimum!
• Many drivers can be home as often as every 2 weeks in many locations
