Now Hiring Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Drivers
Earn $78,000 - $90,000 per Year** - $500 Onboarding Bonus*
Drive top-notch 2016 & newer refrigerated trailers, hauling dairy, frozen goods, and other temperature-controlled products across the lower 48. With our Reefer Pay Package, you’ll earn more on your base pay while moving premium freight with steady miles. We offer multiple home-time options based on your location and keep you rolling in comfort with late-model equipment. Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Pay & Miles:
- Earn $0.625 - $0.71 CPM*
- Earn $78,000 - $90,000 per year**
- Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM
- Run 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week with flexibility to stay out longer
- 10-12 days out, 2 days home
- $500 onboarding bonus* + $1,000 vacation pay
- Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver
- Detention, layover & stop pay
This dedicated fleet account operates as a self-contained fleet that has a dedicated fleet manager, dispatcher, and customer service representative. This allows the drivers, operations, and customer service team to work very closely together with open lines of communication.
*Includes monthly performance signon pay during your first 6 months: $0025 CPM (under 3 yrs exp) or $005 CPM (3 yrs exp), based on miles & safe driving Must be employed and in working status at payout Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings
**Estimated annual earnings based on an average of 2,500 miles per week, including performance incentives
Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A, 21+
- At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required
- Refrigerated experience
- Safe driving record
